Cosmic Fantasy Stories is a role-playing video game developed by Nippon Telenet and released for the Sega CD/Mega CD in 1993. It is the first title in the Cosmic Fantasy series, and one of the few role-playing games released for the system. The game follows protagonist Taito as he sets off on a quest to save his homeland from an evil force known as Chaos.

The music is also quite memorable, featuring tunes composed by Masahiro Andoh that range from upbeat themes for battles to more somber melodies for story scenes.
