These include a sword, bow & arrow set, boomerang and bombs (acquired after defeating bosses). The player can also find different upgrades for Earnest’s weapons which increase their power and range. As you progress through the levels you will gain experience points which can be used to upgrade Earnest’s stats such as health points (HP), strength and magic power (MP).

The graphics in Earnest Evans are very vibrant with detailed backgrounds and colorful characters. The soundtrack is also quite good with catchy tunes that fit the atmosphere of each stage nicely.
