In addition to battling bosses, players may also come across mini games which involve using B-Daman figures in order to complete certain objectives such as shooting targets or navigating mazes.

The overall goal of the game is for players to reach the end of each level by using their skills and strategy in order to defeat all enemies and complete all objectives along their journey. By doing this players will eventually reach the final boss battle where they must face off against an evil being known as Dark Force who seeks to take over the world with his minions. Once Dark Force has been defeated, peace will return once again and players will have completed their mission within Bomberman B-Daman!
