The main objective of Atlantis no Nazo is for Masato to reach the heart of the lost continent where his parents are being held captive. During his journey he will face numerous obstacles including monsters that must be defeated before they can be passed through safely. Additionally, there are several bosses that must be faced at different points in the game which require special strategies in order to defeat them successfully.

Once Masato has reached the center of Atlantis and rescued his parents, he must then fight against an evil wizard who seeks to take control of the lost continent for himself. To do this he must use all of his skills and special powers acquired throughout his adventure in order to defeat this powerful enemy before it is too late.

Atlantis no Nazo is considered one of Sunsoft’s best games for NES due its unique gameplay elements and challenging yet rewarding level design. It features bright and colorful visuals along with catchy music tracks that help set the mood for each stage. The difficulty level increases gradually throughout each level, ensuring players are constantly challenged while progressing through their adventure.
