Worms is a classic turn-based strategy game released on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. The graphics in Worms are simple yet effective; characters are animated sprites with bright colors and cartoonish expressions that convey emotion quite well despite their limited detail. Backgrounds are detailed enough to give each level its own unique look without distracting too much from gameplay. The sound effects are also quite good; explosions sound satisfyingly loud while weapons fire makes realistic sounds when fired from different distances.
