Superman has been a beloved superhero for generations.

This title followed an original story where players had to help Superman stop a mysterious criminal who is trying to steal information from S.T.A.R Labs by using advanced technology that only he can understand.

In 1999, a new game titled “The Death And Return Of Superman” was released for the Game Boy Color system which focused more on action than puzzle-solving like its predecessors did before it.

In this game, players take control of four different characters; Superman himself, Superboy, Steel and Cyborg Superman who are all trying to save Metropolis from Doomsday who has returned after being defeated years ago by Superman himself during their first battle together on Earth many years ago before this game takes place now..

Players have access to all four characters abilities throughout this side scrolling adventure as they face off against Doomsday and his minions once again in order to protect Metropolis from destruction yet again! The last known title featuring Superman that was released for the Game Boy or any Nintendo system would be “Justice League Task Force” which came out in 1995 for Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).

This game saw players take control of six members of DC Comics Justice League including Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash among others as they fight against various supervillains while also teaming up with other heroes such as Aquaman and Martian Manhunter at times too! While this title did not feature any solo missions with just Superman himself he still played a major role within it overall throughout its story mode campaign!
