In this game, Nobita and his friends Shizuka, Suneo, and Gian must team up with Doraemon to save their friend Nora from an evil wizard known as the Evil Suke.
The player takes control of one of the four characters: Nobita, Shizuka, Suneo, or Gian. Each character has their own special abilities that will help them throughout their journey. For instance, Nobita can fly with his propeller hat; Shizuka can use her bow to shoot arrows; Suneo can throw bombs; and Gian can use his strength to break through obstacles. The player must use each character's unique abilities to progress through levels filled with enemies such as robots, monsters, and other creatures. The game also features various power-ups that will aid in battle such as extra lives and health refills.
The goal of GG Doraemon - Nora no Suke no Yabou is for the player to navigate through levels while defeating enemies in order to reach the end boss – Evil Suke. After defeating him, players will be able to rescue Nora and complete the game. Along the way there are various mini-games that players can take part in for bonus points such as shooting galleries and puzzles. There are also secret paths that lead to bonus levels where players can collect extra items or find hidden secrets.
Overall, GG Doraemon - Nora no Suke no Yabou is an enjoyable side-scrolling action game with bright visuals and simple yet challenging gameplay mechanics that will appeal to fans of both classic gaming and Doraemon alike. With its colorful graphics, engaging story line, fun mini-games, hidden secrets and multiple difficulty settings it’s easy to see why this title was so successful when it first came out over twenty years ago.
