Mr. Nutz is a 2D platformer video game that was released in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). Developed by Ocean Software, the game stars Mr. Nutz, a friendly yet determined little squirrel who is on a quest to save his homeland from an evil beaver named Soggy Beaver. The game features 8 levels divided into 4 worlds: Green Forest, Ice World, Desert Land and Volcanic Valley. Each world has two levels with unique enemies and obstacles to overcome.

In the Green Forest world, players must guide Mr. Nutz through lush forests filled with giant bees, mushrooms and other creatures. The second level of this world introduces water levels where Mr. Nutz must use floating logs to traverse various rivers and lakes. In the Ice World, players will find icy mountains and slippery slopes as they battle snowmen, polar bears and other cold-weather foes. The second level of this world also features an underwater section where Mr. Nutz must swim and jump over obstacles while avoiding fishy enemies.

The Desert Land world takes players to a scorching hot desert filled with cacti, quicksand pits and sandstorms that can slow down Mr. Nutz’s progress if he isn’t careful enough! The second level of this world introduces dangerous rock slides that must be navigated carefully or else it’s Game Over! Finally in the Volcanic Valley world, players will find themselves exploring volcanoes filled with lava pits and fireballs as they battle molten monsters such as fiery dragons and magma men! The second level of this world also includes some tricky platforming sections where Mr. Nutz must time his jumps perfectly or else he may fall into a pit of boiling lava!

Throughout each level, players can collect coins which can be used to purchase power-ups such as invincibility stars and extra lives at special shops scattered around the map. These power-ups can help make difficult levels easier by giving Mr. Nutz more health or protecting him from enemy attacks! Additionally, there are hidden bonus stages which give players a chance to earn even more coins if they are able to complete them successfully!
