The third realm is “The Castle” which contains various bosses that must be fought before progressing further into the game. Finally, after completing all five realms, the player will face off against the demon lord in a final showdown to save his master.

Throughout Magician’s levels are various powerups such as extra lives or energy refills that can help make progress easier. Additionally, there are several hidden items scattered throughout each level that provide bonuses when collected such as extra points or magic spells that can increase damage inflicted on enemies. As well as powerups in levels there are also bonus stages which feature mini-games such as Whack-a-Bat or Balloon Pop where additional points can be earned if successfully completed within a certain time limit.
