Tiny Toon Adventures – Buster’s Hidden Treasure is a side-scrolling platformer game released for the Sega Genesis Mega Drive in 1993. It is based on the popular animated television series, Tiny Toon Adventures. The game follows Buster Bunny, a young rabbit who goes on a quest to find the hidden treasure of Montana Max, his arch-nemesis.
The game starts with Buster receiving a mysterious message from Monty asking him to come to his mansion and search for his hidden treasure. After arriving at the mansion, Monty reveals that he has hidden his fortune in various places around Acme Acres and it's up to Buster to find it before anyone else does.
The game consists of seven levels set in different locations throughout Acme Acres such as the forest, the beach, and an amusement park. Each level contains various enemies such as bats, rats, and robots that must be avoided or defeated in order to progress through each stage. In addition to avoiding enemies, players must also collect items like coins and power-ups which can be used to purchase special items at shops located throughout the game. These items range from health and energy replenishing items to weapons that can help defeat tougher enemies or solve puzzles.
Players can also choose from several different characters including Babs Bunny and Plucky Duck who each have their own unique abilities that can help them progress through certain areas of the game faster than others. As players progress through each level they will eventually encounter bosses which must be defeated in order to move on. Defeating bosses rewards players with extra lives as well as special power-ups that can help them complete later levels more easily.
Overall, Tiny Toon Adventures – Buster’s Hidden Treasure is an enjoyable platformer game with great graphics and sound effects that are faithful to its source material. The controls are easy to learn and understand making this a great choice for both casual gamers as well as fans of the show who want something more challenging than simply watching their favorite cartoon characters run around onscreen all day long. The game also offers plenty of replay value thanks to its multiple difficulty settings and secrets waiting to be discovered throughout every level which makes it an ideal choice for gamers looking for something new every time they play it
