Super Nazo Puyo - Ruruu no Ruu is a puzzle-style video game released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. Developed and published by Compile, the game was one of the earliest entries in the popular series of Puyo-Puyo titles.

The objective of Super Nazo Puyo - Ruruu no Ruu is to clear a field of colored blocks known as “Puyos” by matching four or more of them together. The player does this by manipulating pieces that fall from the top of the screen. As pieces are cleared, other pieces drop down to fill their place. If the player is able to match more than four blocks at once, it creates a chain reaction that can clear even more blocks from the field. The goal is to score as many points as possible before the stack reaches the top of the screen and ends the game.

The game also features an adventure mode, where players take control of protagonist Arle Nadja as she travels through various worlds trying to save her friend Carbuncle from an evil witch named Witchcarol. Along her journey Arle must battle against monsters and complete puzzles in order to progress further into each area. In addition to clearing Puyos, Arle must also collect magic spells and items in order to defeat enemies or progress further into certain levels.

In addition to its single-player campaign mode, Super Nazo Puyo - Ruruu no Ruu also offers two-player versus gameplay with both competitive and cooperative options available. Players can compete against each other using either timed or point-based rulesets, while cooperative play allows two players to team up and work together towards a common goal. Additionally, there are several characters available for selection that have different abilities that can be used during play.

Overall, Super Nazo Puyo - Ruruu no Ruu offers a unique twist on classic puzzle games with its combination of colorful visuals, addictive gameplay mechanics and engaging story elements. With its wide variety of modes and challenge levels available, it provides plenty of replay value for fans of puzzle games looking for something new or just wanting some old school fun!
