Super Battletank: War in the Gulf is a real-time strategy video game developed and published by Absolute Entertainment for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1992. The game puts players in control of a modern-day tank battalion that must battle its way through Iraq and Kuwait during the Persian Gulf War.

Players can choose from three different difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. In each level, players will be presented with a map of the battlefield and must select their route to victory. The goal is to capture all enemy bases while avoiding or destroying enemy forces. Players can also select from four different types of tanks: the M1A1 Abrams main battle tank, M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle, M3A2 Bradley reconnaissance vehicle, and AH-64 Apache helicopter. Each tank has its own strengths and weaknesses which must be taken into consideration when planning a course of action.

The game features realistic graphics that give an accurate representation of the terrain and environment found in Kuwait during the war. The sound effects are also realistic, with gun fire echoing across the landscape as you engage enemy forces.

In addition to enemy forces such as tanks, helicopters, artillery pieces, anti-aircraft guns, and missile launchers, players will also have to contend with natural obstacles such as sandstorms and smoke clouds that can affect visibility on the battlefield. These environmental factors add an extra layer of depth to an already challenging game.

Super Battletank: War in the Gulf is an excellent example of a real-time strategy video game done right. With its realistic graphics and sound effects combined with strategic gameplay elements, this title provides an engaging experience that is sure to please fans of the genre.
