Pac-Attack is a 1993 puzzle video game released by Namco for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was later ported to the Sega Genesis and Game Boy. The game stars Pac-Man, who must clear the screen of blocks by pushing them off the edges of the playfield. As Pac-Man moves around, he can push and pull blocks, as well as eat ghosts that appear on the field.

The objective in Pac-Attack is to eliminate all of the blocks from the board. Blocks come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and each one must be pushed off the edge in order to clear it from the playfield. When two or more blocks are aligned horizontally or vertically, they can be pushed together off an edge; this is known as a chain reaction. If a ghost appears on the board while pushing blocks, Pac-Man can eat it for bonus points.

Pac-Attack also features two multiplayer modes: Versus Mode and Tag Team Mode. In Versus Mode, two players take turns pushing blocks off of their respective boards in order to clear them faster than their opponent; whoever clears their board first wins. In Tag Team Mode, two players work together to clear both boards faster than their opponents; whichever team clears both boards first wins.

In addition to its single player and multiplayer modes, Pac-Attack also features bonus stages which award extra points upon completion. These bonus stages involve collecting fruit or eating ghosts while avoiding obstacles such as fireballs or spikes that move around the playfield. The difficulty level increases with each stage completed; after a certain number of stages have been completed successfully, players will advance to the next level where tougher enemies await them.

Pac-Attack is an enjoyable puzzle game that provides hours of fun for both casual and hardcore gamers alike. Its simple yet challenging gameplay makes it easy to pick up but difficult to master; its bright visuals and catchy music make it appealing to all ages; and its various modes provide plenty of replay value so you’ll never get bored playing it!
