Kid Icarus, originally released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1986, is a beloved classic.

Its soundtrack is also highly regarded; featuring catchy melodies that help set the tone for each stage and memorable boss battle themes that remain iconic today.

In recent years it has seen several re-releases on modern consoles such as Game Boy Advance (GBA), Wii Virtual Console (VC) and Nintendo 3DS eShop (eShop).
