Rampage 2: Universal Tour is a classic action-adventure game released for the Nintendo Game Boy Color in 2000. Developed by Midway Games, it is the sequel to the original Rampage (1986) and is considered one of the best games on the platform. The game follows three giant monsters – George, Lizzie, and Ralph – as they travel around the world wreaking havoc on cities and towns in their path. Players must guide their monsters through various levels, destroying buildings and defeating enemies to progress.

The game features a total of 24 levels spread across six different locations: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tokyo, London, Paris, and New York City. Each level has its own unique objectives which must be completed before moving onto the next stage. For example, in Los Angeles players must defeat an army of robots while in Tokyo they must battle giant sumo wrestlers. As players progress through each level they can collect power-ups such as extra health or weapons which can be used to help them complete their mission.

The controls are simple but effective; players use either a directional pad or analog stick to move their monster around and press buttons to attack or jump. The graphics are detailed and colorful with vibrant backgrounds that provide a great backdrop for all the mayhem occurring on-screen. The sound effects also add to the overall atmosphere of destruction with loud explosions and crashing buildings adding to the chaos of each level.

Overall Rampage 2: Universal Tour is an excellent action-adventure title for Game Boy Color fans looking for something new and exciting to play. With its challenging levels, great visuals, and intense gameplay it’s sure to please anyone who enjoys classic arcade titles or just wants some good old fashioned monster smashing fun!
