The game is a remake of the original NES version and features enhanced graphics and sound, as well as new levels and challenges. Players take on the role of Dr. Mario, a virus-fighting doctor, as they battle their way through an array of viruses using pills to clear them away.

The objective of the game is to eliminate all the viruses by lining up four or more matching pills horizontally or vertically. When this happens, the viruses will vanish and points will be earned. As players progress through each stage, they are faced with different types of viruses which require different strategies to defeat them. The game also features power-ups which can be used to help make clearing away the viruses easier.

In addition to its single player mode, Famicom Mini - Vol. 15 - Dr. Mario also offers multiplayer options for up to four players at once via link cable connection or wireless play using the Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter (sold separately). In this mode, each player takes on their own doctor role in order to compete against each other for high scores and bragging rights! There are also several mini-games available such as Virus Buster Mode where two players take turns trying to clear away the most viruses in two minutes or less, and Virus Tower Mode where players must race against each other up a tower of blocks while attempting to clear away all the viruses before time runs out!

Overall, Famicom Mini – Vol. 15 – Dr. Mario is an excellent remake of the classic NES game that still manages to keep its charm intact while adding some new features along with it! With its vibrant visuals, catchy music and challenging gameplay, it’s sure to provide hours upon hours of entertainment for anyone who picks it up!
