Dungeons and Dragons – Eye of the Beholder is a role-playing game developed by Crawfish Interactive for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance. It was released in 2003 and is based on the classic Dungeons & Dragons game from the 1980s. The game follows a group of adventurers as they explore an ancient temple, battling monsters and uncovering secrets along the way.

The story begins when your party of adventurers, led by a mysterious figure known only as “The Watcher”, arrives at an ancient temple in search of a powerful artifact known as the Eye of the Beholder. You must guide your party through six levels of treacherous dungeons filled with monsters, traps, puzzles, and hidden treasures. Along the way you will gain experience points to level up your characters, find powerful equipment to help you survive, and discover clues that will bring you closer to your goal.

Gameplay in Dungeons & Dragons – Eye of the Beholder is turn-based, meaning that each character takes their turn to move and act before it’s time for the next character to go. Players can choose from five different character classes – Fighter, Cleric, Mage, Thief or Ranger – each with their own unique abilities and strengths. You are also able to customize your characters further by equipping them with weapons and armor found throughout the dungeon. As you progress through each level you will face increasingly difficult enemies requiring strategy to defeat them.

In addition to combat, Dungeons & Dragons – Eye of the Beholder also features various puzzles which must be solved in order to progress through each level. These puzzles range from simple switches that must be activated in order to open doors or gates all the way up to complex logic puzzles which require careful thought and planning in order to solve them.

One interesting feature included in this version of Dungeons & Dragons is its multiplayer mode which allows up to four players (via link cable) take on a dungeon together instead of playing solo as it normally would be played. This adds an extra layer of fun as players are able work together cooperatively while adventuring through dungeons.

Overall Dungeons & Dragons – Eye of the Beholder is an enjoyable role-playing adventure which offers plenty of challenge for experienced gamers while still providing enough assistance for newcomers who may not be familiar with RPGs or Dungeons & Dragons itself. With its deep story line and varied gameplay options this game is sure to keep even veteran gamers hooked until they reach its ultimate conclusion: finding out what lies behind “The Watcher’s” mysterious agenda!
