Disney’s Kim Possible: Revenge of Monkey Fist is an action-adventure game released for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance in 2005. It is based on the popular animated television series, Kim Possible, which follows the adventures of teenage crime fighter, Kim Possible, and her sidekick, Ron Stoppable. In the game, players take control of Kim and battle against her archenemy, Doctor Drakken and his henchman, Monkey Fist. The game features a variety of levels and enemies that must be defeated in order to progress through the story.
The story begins with Kim and Ron being called to Middleton High School by their friend Bonnie Rockwaller to investigate a strange occurrence. Upon arriving at the school they find that it has been taken over by Doctor Drakken and his minions. Doctor Drakken has created a new weapon called “The Monkey Fist” which is capable of destroying anything in its path. Kim and Ron must retrieve this weapon before it falls into the wrong hands and use it to defeat Drakken and his minions. Along their quest they will encounter numerous enemies such as robots, ninjas, robotic monkeys, mutants, aliens and more.
Kim Possible: Revenge of Monkey Fist offers classic 2D side-scrolling gameplay similar to other platformers from this era. Players can move left or right across the screen while avoiding obstacles such as pits or enemies. They can also jump up onto ledges or onto higher platforms in order to reach different areas within levels. To defeat enemies players can use their fists or pick up objects found throughout each level such as crates or rocks to throw at them. There are also special power-ups scattered around each level which can give players temporary invincibility or extra health points when collected.
Throughout each level there are three hidden scrolls that must be found before progressing any further in the game; these scrolls contain hints about how to progress through certain sections of each level as well as background information about characters in the game world. When all three scrolls are collected they can be exchanged for bonus items such as extra lives or power ups at designated locations within each level.
Kim Possible: Revenge of Monkey Fist also features several mini-games which provide additional challenges for players who want a break from the main storyline missions; these mini-games involve tasks such as racing against opponents on hoverboards or completing puzzles with limited time available on them. Once completed correctly these mini-games reward players with bonus points which can then be used to purchase items from store located within each level such as health packs or weapons upgrades for Kim’s combat abilities; these items can make it easier for players to complete future missions more quickly than before if used strategically enough during gameplay sessions
Overall Disney’s Kim Possible: Revenge of Monkey Fist provides an enjoyable experience for fans of the television series looking for an adventure game on Game Boy Advance console system; its classic 2D side scrolling gameplay mechanics combined with its unique mix of characters and environments make this title stand out amongst other platformers from this era while still providing a challenge for those willing to take on Doctor Drakken’s evil schemes
